🌊 Kinga – Founder & Director

An international lawyer who has worked with intermational organisations including the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross, Kinga believes in creating partnerships that open opportunities for others. Hakuna Matata Watersports brings together her professional experience, love of the ocean and passion for kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Her vision is to offer safe, welcoming and high-quality watersports experiences in Diani Beach while helping talented local professionals shine.

🪁 Abdul

Operations Manager, Kitesurf Instructor

Born and raised on the Kenyan coast, Abdul brings five years of professional kitesurfing instruction experience to our Diani Beach kite school. He holds an IKO Level 1 Kitesurf Instructor Certificate, as well as EFR Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) certification.

Abdul knows the winds, tides and reefs of Diani Beach exceptionally well. Patient, kind and always smiling, his wonderfully relaxed personality helps beginners feel safe and comfortable from their very first kitesurfing lesson. He also supports experienced riders who want to improve their kite control and riding skills.

🪁 Saidi – Kitesurf Instructor

A local instructor with around eight years of professional kitesurfing instruction experience, Saidi brings skill, energy and enthusiasm to every kite lesson. His excellent knowledge of Diani Beach’s winds, waves and tides allows him to adapt each session to the conditions and the rider’s experience level.

Dynamic, attentive and always smiling, Saidi makes learning to kitesurf in Diani Beach both exciting and enjoyable.

🚤 Ibra – Jet Ski Operator

With more than three years of professional jet ski experience, Ibra knows the Diani Beach coastline, local ocean conditions and Yamaha WaveRunner jet skis inside out. He provides safe, exciting and professionally guided jet ski experiences—whether guests want an adrenaline-filled ride or a memorable way to explore Diani Beach from the Indian Ocean.

☀️ Jambia – Beach Crew

Friendly, reliable and always ready to help, Jambia supports the daily operation of our watersports centre in Diani Beach. He assists guests before and after their kitesurfing, jet ski, surfing and SUP activities and plays an important role in creating the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that defines Hakuna Matata Watersports.
